Dehydrating agent for Polyurethane: HARDLION TS DESCRIPTION HARDLION TI is a sort of chemical structure specially designed . It can effectively absorb the moisture in solvent or resin. The chemical got from reaction with water doesn’t affect properties of paint film. SPECIFICATIONS appearance low viscosity water white transparent liquid reactive ≥97% specific weight 1.29 APPLICATION 1. Added in the process of PU hardener dilution, can avoid barrel swelling 、viscosity increasing、paint film property decreasing and so on phenomena due to solvent containing water. It is mainly used in PU automobile paint, motorcycle plastic paint, sealing drum etc. 2. Moisture curing polyurethane floor paint etc. ADDITION Suggested addition is 0.05-1%, you can also add according to the pureness of solvent being used.
