RD-200 series waterborne epoxy agents can emulsify liquid epoxy resin, can be formulated into two-pack waterborne epoxy coatings with epoxy resin such as E618, E6101and E828. This product has good wetting and dispersion effect to pigment and filers, the performance characteristic should make this system an ideal candidate for use over damp concrete substrates and all below grade surface where moisture is problem.
