Soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, concentrated nitric acid, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, tartaric acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, etc., not in water, ethanol, sulfuric acid and organic solvents.
