Twin Lake Chemical is also capable of handling toll manufacturing and custom manufacturing for different customers. We have a variety of distillation vessels to remove product impurities and we are open to custom distillations. We also have a totally enclosed flaker, which converts molten chemicals to a solid form, larger in particluate size than a powder and best described as a 'flake'. We can flake our own products to order, or provide this service for materials transported to our facility. We have the process capability of loading and unloading bulk tank trailers and railcars, and can store upwards of 5000 gallons of product in a single vessel. The two products we are currently flaking are Terephthaloyl Chloride and Trimellitic Anhydride Monoacid Chloride.
