Process & Mixing ratio Added to formulation in pre-mixing stage, then extrusion; Mixing ratio RDE500/polyester [AV. Ca. 34mgKOH/g] = 25-30/75 by weight parts. Co-reactants & Catalysts The gloss can be adjusted to range of 25% and more with TGIC, HAA [hydroxyalkylamide] or RDE300 in replace of part of RDE500. In addition, some cure catalysts may improve coating mechanical/surface performance. Shelf life Based on our experience the shelf life of this product is at least within one year from date of manufacture. For older than this period, it is recommended to check the epoxy value. Storage & Notice Store in temperature between 2 and 35 C or cool dry place to avoid wetting-absorption. Handing & Precaution Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Avoid breathing dust.
