Introduction

Xintai Sanyou Textile Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture with an registered capital of 1.65 million USD. Located in Taizhou City of Shandong Province near Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, and with an occupied floor space of 30,000 sq. meters, the company is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sales of yarns, fabrics and garments. Owning self-support import & export powder, the company now has 720 employees (including 12 senior engineering technicians), fixed assets of 43.62 million RMB yuan and 40,000 spindles, which produce 5,000 tons of cotton yarns, 28 million meters of cloth and 12 pieces of garments, with production value of 83.36 million RMB yuan and profit & tax reaching 7 million RMB. Keeping to the principle of "Develop through Honest Business, Survive through Quality", we keep innovating and introducing advanced production techniques and equipments from around the world, to meet the demands of the market. We purchased industry top-level metal winders, electronic yarn clearers and carding machines, and employed experts from Xiamen University to the all-round training of all staff members. Currently, our T/C50/5040S, T/C65/3545S cotton yarns are not only in great demand in the domestic market, but also well received in Philippine and Australia.

To further expand our market and increase the company's ability to withstand risks, we decided to put an investment of 38 million RMB in the construction of the second-phase project. 20,000 combing spindles and 50 sets of circular knitting machines will be purchased; in addition, we have already purchased and put into production more than 100 units of 340 type rapier looms, with an annual production capacity of 1 million meters, and one sizing line. At present, the equipments are under testing, and will be put into production in December this year. By then, the newly added production value will reach 50 million RMB with profit and tax 4.2 million RMB yuan. And 380 workers can be employed, creating significant economic and social benefit.
