Properties:  Colorless transparent crystal, soluble in water, methanol, ethanol. It is easily deliquescence in the air, also it is the oxidizing agent, In case of organic matter and sulfur it will burning and explosion occurred, and a red flame is emitted.

For industrial calcium nitrate is mainly used for refrigerants, Rubber industrial flocculant. also for making fireworks and explosives.
