Clear float glass is the core base product for most of common glass products which is made by mixed high-quality sand, natural ores and chemical materials. It derived from the manufacturing process where molten glass is poured from the furnace and floated evenly onto a bed of molten tin. The glass is gently cooled under controlled conditions to anneal which enables the glass to be cut and modified.The glass thickness is usually from 0.25mm to 19mm and 0.25-2mm is usually classified to be ultra-thin clear float glass.
