CONTENT:
20 degree series: 20 degree water soluble yarn is soluble in cold water. At present the yarn count produced is 20S-52S.
Main uses:
1. It is used as autolysis bay water-soluble sewing thread to sew clothes collection bags in washhouse. Water-soluble sewing thread dissolves in cold water. By the use of this, labor resource can be saved.
2. It is used to produce autolysis fishing gear. In fishing process, fishing net weaved by water soluble yarn is used to hold fishing bait, which allows the fishing bait to be scattered into appointed area. Therefore fishing gear and cost can be saved.
3. It is used to produce finishing net separation yarn. Compare with 40 degree water soluble yarn, the finishing net has better working efficient and quality.
4. It is used at the circumstance that high-grade shell fabric can not be contact with high temperature water. By the use of this water soluble yarn, after washing with cold water, pre-designed hollowed-out effect will be achieved.
In addition, 20 degree water soluble yarn series can be used at any condition that operation should be completed under cold water.
