Features |
It is sticky paste. Curing time: It sets within 60mins when heated at the temperature of 120°C. Being weather and heat-resistant, it adapts to a wide range of temperature and bonds well under high temperature. Having low shrinkage, it can stand temperature shocks. You’ll get long term durability and resistance to moisture, chemicals, oils, and temperature extremes even if it is exposed to some harsh environment Shelf time is one year at 3-5°C. The main technical parameters are as follows: Heat resistance scope:- 55°C—500°C hardness: shore D 83 shrinkage: 0.8 water absorption rate:24 h<0.05% Tensile strength≥28MPa ; Shearing strength≥30 Mpa at 320°C, tensile strength:3-4.6MPa |
Instruction |
1. Clean the surface of the material, make sure they have no dust or oil on them, wait until they are dry. 2. Vacuumize the mixture if possible or lay it aside for 10 minutes, pour the mixture into the gap. Put them in the oven, heat it at the temperature of 120°C for 60 minutes. |

1.If it has contact with skin, you should wash thoroughly with soap and water. 2 It is advised to be stored at well-ventilated places with low temperature, and keep them away from fire. 3 Cover the lip after using it. |
